In my opinion, a natural look always looks good, whether we're talking about lighting or how someone behaves in front of the camera.

Photos taken with natural light are different from those taken with a flash or a lamp. They have a unique atmosphere. The shadows play across them as delicately as in a painting. When taken well, the quality of such photos often far surpasses what we can achieve with artificial light.

That said, I’m not against artificial light either. Often, in certain situations, I like to combine natural and artificial light, but I know that if I want my photos to look organic and truly natural, natural light is still the best choice.

There are situations where settings become crucial, and I consciously apply them when taking a photo to ensure the image quality is satisfactory. Examples include using different ISO settings and choosing the right artificial lighting.

However, there are also moments when I don't use a flash to capture them—especially when photographing children.

The following series was also shot using only natural light.
